Maintaining Balace in a 24/7 Work World

1. Can you have it all?
2. Is failure in one facet of your life an indication that things are out of balance? How can you maintain control (and move ahead) when another part of your life is in chaos? Is sacrifice essential for balance?
3. Your kid is sick, your caregiver is unavailable, and you've got important meetings on today's schedule. What do you do? Does your decision leave you open for criticism and could it impact your perceived "value" to the organization?

When people think of the aging workforce, most naturally think of boomers about to retire, and Gen Y or millennial entering the workforce.
