Mr. Siddiqui’s background is in the areas of project execution and organizational effectiveness. Mr. Siddiqui has worked for some of the most prominent consulting firms in the world including Andersen Consulting (Accenture), IBM and Sapient. He has served as a trusted consultant for several global companies including JP Morgan Chase, Metropolitan life Insurance Co., Reuters, Nokia, Franklin Templeton, St. Joseph Health System and United Healthcare. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness at Hyundai Capital America, a captive auto-finance company based in Southern California.
Mr. Siddiqui has led organizational development, project management, change management, HR Strategy development and leadership development projects across continents in North America, Europe and Asia. His educational and professional experience in the field of organizational effectiveness enable him to spearhead programs for companies that are experiencing rapid growth and change.
