Monica currently serves as a Vice President at R&R Partners California. A 25+ year marketing veteran, Monica has worked with all of the major marketing powerhouses, including Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), Edelman, Ogilvy PR Worldwide, and Ruder Finn, all in Southern California. Bouldin has also served in house for both Warner Bros. Consumer Products and FOX Broadcasting Company. Over the span of her career, she has developed a profound expertise in consumer and entertainment marketing; brand and digital strategy; and corporate and multicultural communications, all of which come into play in her role with R↦R.
Monica recently received the 2016 Pat Tobin Award from the Black Public Relations Society in Los Angeles and serves as the chairperson of the Advisory Council for Dress for Success West. She is active in the Los Angeles community, serving on various boards and committees including UNITE-LA and the California Diversity Council. Monica holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of California, Fullerton.
