Grant Doster
Senior Vice President - Western Region Talent Development
Lee Hecht Harrison

Mr. Doster’s career has spanned over 25 years in the financial services, consumer products, advertising, and entertainment industries including Pepsi Cola, Miller Brewing and Walt Disney. Grant's experience includes leading marketing, distribution, and business development efforts coupled with strategic planning, operations and finance. He has been a contract facilitator/management consultant for the past 15 years with Pope and Associates training thousands of corporate and public sector professionals in diversity and inclusion. He also has over 25 years of experience as subject matter expert and trainer within the consumer products industry

His corporate career includes Senior Vice President-Client Services, with Carol H Williams Advertising, the largest African American full service advertising agency at the time. Prior to this assignment he was with Walt Disney Company as Vice President-Sales and Marketing, overseeing licensee and retailer trade development for Disney’s Hardlines global licensing business. He also held general management and executive level marketing positions at Miller Brewing Company nationally and Pepsi Cola Company regionally. Mr. Doster began his career as a management trainee at Great American Bank and excelled to Senior Vice President-Director of Retail Banking Sales.

He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, attended the Graduate School of Retail Banking at the University of Virginia, and San Diego State University as an undergraduate. Grant currently teaches various strategic business, marketing and leadership classes at the University of California-Riverside International Business School and is an adjunct at University of Redlands. He is a guest lecturer, public speaker and corporate trainer on such topics as diversity and inclusion, organizational change and leadership, conflict resolution, solution selling, process improvement and others.

Grant, his wife and children reside in Southern California.
