Beck Bailey
Deputy Director of Employee Engagement in the Workplace Equality Program
Human Rights Campaign Foundation

Beck Bailey is Deputy Director of Employee Engagement in the Workplace Equality Program at the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, where he focuses on helping America’s largest workplaces become more lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) inclusive through employee engagement, training and education. Beck regularly supports corporate stakeholders – executive leadership, human resource and diversity & inclusion professionals, employee network members & leaders – in building greater LGBT-inclusion through public speaking, facilitated workshops, customized training and in one-on-one consultation. Beck also conducts outreach to engage corporations in deepening their impact by supporting legislative action to create workplace protections for LGBT people.

A lifelong LGBT advocate and out transgender man, Beck often speaks about his personal journey as a way to increase awareness and understanding. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Gay & Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD). Beck holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
