Conference Overview

The May 13-15, 2009 California Diversity & Leadership Conference aims to provide a forum of dialogue focused on topics such as: Diversity, Women in Leadership, Corporate Responsibility, Leadership, and Organizational Development just to name a few.
(A more inclusive list is listed below.)

This year’s theme, “DiversityFirst: Creating New Opportunities for California”, will provide attendees new ideas and strategies that drives and positively impact business’ bottom line and improve the workplace and communities in California.

Through a series of panel discussions, keynote addresses and stimulating sessions, conferees will explore corporate practices, leadership skills and outreach initiatives to leverage the benefits of diversity.

Visit the Diversity Exhibit Hall, where many corporations and organizations will display their products, services and resources. The goal of the California Diversity Council is to create new opportunities for California.
