Ms. Piccollo is a vice president, global head of inclusion and diversity and a member of the human resources team in the Newport Beach office. She is responsible for leading the implementation of PIMCO's inclusion and diversity initiatives and manages a number of the firm's culture initiatives. Previously, Ms. Piccollo was learning and development manager at PIMCO, responsible for delivering management and leadership development programs as well as developing and managing PIMCO's officer on-boarding program. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2007, she was a human resources benefits consultant for Aon (formerly Hewitt & Associates), where she founded and led the corporate community involvement program across Hewitt's Canadian offices. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and sociology from McGill University and is a certified professional coach.
