Jane Pierce
President
Pierce Development Group

Jane Pierce is President of Pierce Development Group. Previously, Jane served as VP, Talent and Organizational Development for Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) for 5 ½ years. Before joining ADM, she partnered with Chevron Corporation as a consultant and was ultimately invited to join the Chevron family as a colleague serving in the role of Manager, Organizational Capability. While in private practice, her customers included city and federal government organizations, community colleges and district offices, and a diverse group of private industry clients. With over 20 years experience in global talent management, along with an undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Millikin University, she is uniquely prepared to partner with client companies bringing strong talent management, leadership development, and coaching expertise…all with the focus of positively impacting business results. In 2009, Jane was instrumental in the creation of Coaching to WinTM, a world class learning experience designed to help leaders learn and employ effective, pragmatic coaching techniques that develop their employees and drive business results. Coaching to WinTM was featured in a Bersin and Associates (now Bersin by Deloitte) case study in 2010, and in several subsequent Workforce Magazine articles since then. In 2013, Jane was named as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in Illinois by the National Diversity Council and served on the i4CP Advisory Board as well as the Illinois Diversity Council Advisory Board. Today, Jane has re-launched her Talent Management practice, taking Coaching to WinTM to a broader global audience. She also serves as a member of the Board for the California Diversity Council.
